First day of Elites new look
August 18th, 2008 by megalomaniacI’m headed back into the gym soon, I have about a week left of recovery from my hernia surgery and then I will be on the track(slow, well planned) to build an explosive me. I’m building my diet, setting my routines and believe I have the dedication and energy to make it happen. I’ll start this new Elite with a new blog and see where it goes.
